These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gearport.us and any purchase you make from GearPort, operated by Cressoft Technology Inc. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently sell and ship to addresses within the United States only.

Products, pricing and availability

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time before you order.
We work to display products and pricing accurately, but errors can occur. If we find a pricing or description error on an item you ordered, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue items.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Shipping

Orders ship from US warehouses. Estimated delivery is typically 5 to 7 business days to most US addresses, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Full details, including rates and what happens to a delayed parcel, are in our Shipping Policy, linked in the footer of the checkout.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to scrape, copy or resell its content without our written permission.

Warranties and disclaimers

Products may carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Except as required by law, the site and products are provided "as is" without additional warranties. We do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GearPort is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your US state of residence apply.
